Hypersensitivity
Within 14 days of taking MAO inhibitor

Dosage & Administration
Complicated Skin & Skin Structure Infections: <12 years: 10 mg/kg PO/IV q8hr for 10-14 days ; ≥12 years: 600 mg PO/IV q12hr for 10-14 days
Uncomplicated Skin & Skin Structure Infections: <5 years: 10 mg/kg PO q8hr for 10-14 days; 5-12 years: 10 mg/kg PO q12hr for 10-14 days; >12 years: 600 mg PO q12hr for 10-14 days
Pneumonia: <12 years: 10 mg/kg PO/IV q8hr for 10-14 days; ≥12 years: 600 mg PO/IV q12hr for 10-14 days
