Indications

• Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) Zollinger-Ellison syndrome
• Erosive esophagitis
• Espaze-40 is also used to lower the risk of a stomach ulcer bleeding again after an endoscopy treatment.

Warnings
Esomeprazole may cause kidney problems. 
Esomeprazole may also cause new or worsening symptoms of lupus.
